Over the next couple of months, we will be doing just that. Starting on October 28th, Joe and Andrea have some interesting field trips lined up for the class, starting in our own backyard at Rose Hill, clear out to Mercersburg! These adventures are going to be amazing and time well spent in the cold! He zeroes in specifically on meditation, that body of techniques perfected in East Asia for achieving attentive calm. It was a real uplifting experience and puts many things in your life in perspective. Wish you were closer as I would be there at every class.
